Day of Failure

There are four pillars of the state, parliament, administration, judiciary and the people, these four pillars of the state fell in the month of November 2017. After which we are now a pile of rubble and that’s it. You may find me sentimental, you may call me a rebel or a crazy person with a negative mindset, and you may, but first answer a few questions and then whatever you want. Declare, Parliament is the first pillar of the state, did you see this pillar anywhere in the month of November?

Opposed to Hafiz Hamdullah’s point, only Senator Raja Zafar ul Haq realized the mistake and directed Zahid Hamid to support Hafiz Hamdullah and amend the bill, Hafiz Hamdullah’s own party before this point 22 On August, he voted in support of this bill in the National Assembly. Minister of State for Religious Affairs Pir Muhammad Amin Al-Hasnat Shah also did not oppose this controversial bill in the National Assembly. Gadi is Amin, but perhaps even Pir Sahib did not read this bill. The sit-in started in Islamabad on November 7, the whole Parliament watched the spectacle. What did the Parliament do other than watching the spectacle for 21 days?

Did a delegation of parliamentarians form, did these people go ahead to pick up the dharna, did they stand behind the police and did the parliament prove itself to be the main pillar of the state? and he directed Zahid Hamid to support Hafiz Hamdullah and amend the bill, Hafiz Hamdullah’s own party had voted in support of the bill in the National Assembly on August 22 before this was pointed out, Religious Affairs Minister Even Pir Muhammad Amin Al Hasanat Shah did not oppose this controversial bill in the National Assembly, Pir Saheb himself is among the Mashaikhs, he is the Amin of the famous Gadi of Bhairah Sharif, but perhaps Pir Saheb did not read this bill either, in Islamabad.

Yes, no, if this bill was a riot, then the Parliament was also the root of this riot, the parliament continued to pour fuel on this fire of riot and it continued to watch the spectacle, so was it not the failure of the most important pillar of the state? Administration is the second pillar of the state, this pillar consists of army, paramilitary forces, police, DMG (District Management Group) and intelligence agencies. What did our administration do for 21 days? came to Islamabad, the administration of Punjab allowed them to go to Islamabad comfortably, they came and sat in the federal capital and the administration remained a silent spectator, the government launched the operation on November 25, the police force failed miserably, Punjab The police forces ran away, the Rangers stood silently behind five hundred meters and the FC and Islamabad Police personnel continued to get injured, even the ambulances were not there to take the injured to the hospital, 180 Police and FC personnel were injured at that time.

The people who laid bare the state, who vandalized metro stations, burnt people’s vehicles, set fire to shops and houses, torched petrol pumps, burnt police trucks and vans to ashes and who for 21 days The state accepted all their conditions, the resignation of the federal minister was taken, the cases of terrorism against the protesters were terminated, those who vandalized, set fire and beat public servants were sent to the police station. They were given envelopes worth 1000 rupees by the hands of DG Rangers Punjab Major General Azhar Naveed Hayat, the surrender document of the state was signed by Major General Faiz Hameed, the name of the Army Chief was written in the sad agreement. And started congratulating each other, was it not a failure of the administration? Does this agreement not prove that the second pillar of Pakistan was also broken on 27 November?

Judiciary is the third pillar of the state, what role did the judiciary play in these 21 days, our judiciary sat silent until the day Khadim Hussain Rizvi said to the judges what we say to Modi, the Supreme Court ordered the sit-in. 15 days later, on November 21, Sumoto took notice, a hearing was held on November 23 and during this hearing, the court was more concerned about “judges being abused”, but Justice Shaukat Aziz Siddiqui’s duty to the judiciary proved sufficient, his decision was also clear. On November 27, he proved that he was a man by breaking the agreement and saved two or three percent of the honor of the judiciary. Otherwise, in 21 days, the nation did not see this third pillar of the state anywhere. It is silent on the unconstitutional, illegal and immoral contract, it is not calling the contract holders today and asking how can you give amnesty to those who attack the writ of the state? How can you comply with all their demands?

Were the protesters a country and did this country conquer Pakistan that we were forced to sign the document of defeat and pay the ransom war and the fourth pillar of the state is the people, in these 21 days of the attack on the state, the people Where were they? If 20 crore people wanted, could they not understand 2 thousand people? Couldn’t the scholars, mashaikhs and religious leaders of the country beg Khadim Hussain Rizvi, but the people, the fourth pillar of the state, continued to watch the spectacle, the scholars also continued to see Islam, faith and spirituality being defamed and even today no one is protesting. I am not asking whether we came here to take the resignation of Zahid Hamid, did we throw out the funeral of the entire state just to take the resignation of Zahid Hamid, destroyed property worth billions of rupees, the lawburied alive, no one is asking them before and after the sit-in, what has changed in the law of end of prophethood?

Even before the sit-in, the mistake had been rectified and a committee headed by Raja Zafar-ul-Haq had been formed, then what did we get except sticks, stones and injuries to the state? Did we come to Islamabad to establish that Pakistan is a country in which any person can make the nation emotional and sink the entire country? Did you read the Electoral Reforms Bill 2017, you will not find a single person among them who has read the old, controversial and new bill. Agreed, does anyone have an answer to this question?

Today I will again call Khadim Hussain Rizvi the great benefactor of this country. Explosions, suicide attacks and targeting shrines, Imambargahs, schools, colleges and universities were completed and the last step was completed by Khadim Hussain Rizvi’s speech and insults. Yes, Mr. Rizvi proved to be an attacker who left the fold of the state and not of religion, it has been proved that the four pillars of our state are hollow from the inside, the people are spectators, the judiciary, the administration and the parliament too Everyone is not able to carry their burden, the agreement of November 27 also ate the credibility of the army, when we got the Major General to sign in favor of the crowd which the law and the constitution was declaring as criminals, then we did the rest. What is saved is what is left behind. So, I request my government to please declare November 25 as the day of defeat and make it mandatory for the nation to celebrate this day as a day of retreat. Let us come out of the arrogance and national delusions, maybe our eyes will be opened with this last shoe, maybe we will become human only with this stumble, otherwise this journey of retreat was in vain.
